  We can't speak highly enough about Jody at Pro-Leak Solutions. We had a mystery basement water issue - Jody was so prompt in coming to see us and spent a great deal of time at our home trying to get to the bottom of it. He was so helpful and empathetic...we felt that he was concerned about our home as if it was his own. In the end we determined the issue was a downspout problem and was resolved without needing Jody's services. We tried to pay him for the vast amount of time he spent with us but he wouldn't accept it. We were SO impressed with his incredible customer service and honesty. We will most definitely call him in the future if the need arises!

  Needed a job done for a client that was noticeably upset about her leak. Another company had tried to fix but did a very very bad job. As such, the leaking continued.
  
  I was referred to Jody Walker and Pro Leak Solutions to assist with my problem. Jody was awesome to work with. He is a super professional and enjoys his job and helping others. i could tell he genuinely cared about my clients leak. I would hire Jody again in a heart beat.
  
  Pro-Leak Solutions was able to fix the original problem and the mess the other company had created. They were quick, clean and very professional. My client is super happy that they were able to fix her leak and not cost her a fortune. Great Job!!!
